Clothing Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement effective merchandise displays according to brand guidelines
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store/warehouse for replenishment
• Analyze sales trends and recommend assortment and pricing strategies
• Ensure proper product placement to maximize sales and visual appeal
• Coordinate with buying, sales, and store teams
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reduce stock loss
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Clothing/Fashion Merchandiser
• Good knowledge of fabrics, trends, and seasonal collections
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail KPIs
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate joiner required
