Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective merchandise displays according to brand guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store/warehouse for replenishment
- Analyze sales trends and recommend assortment and pricing strategies
- Ensure proper product placement to maximize sales and visual appeal
- Coordinate with buying, sales, and store teams
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reduce stock loss
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Clothing/Fashion Merchandiser
- Good knowledge of fabrics, trends, and seasonal collections
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail KPIs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiner required
