Are you detail-oriented and interested in finance administration? Budapest British International School is seeking a reliable Part-time (20 hours a week) Finance Administrator to support the finance team with accurate record-keeping and day-to-day financial operations.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and processes in a structured, international environment.
Your job:
- Daily Support: Assist the finance team with day-to-day operations.
- Invoicing Process Management: Oversee the invoicing process on a daily, termly, and yearly basis for all services provided by the school.
- Cash Movements: Maintain precise records of all cash movements.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record fees, contributions, and other revenues in local sheets and the ERP system.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and revenue reconciliations.
- Ad Hoc Reports: Prepare ad hoc financial reports as required.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
- Financial qualifications or studies
- Good command of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with confidence
- Precision and reliability
