Job Summary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction projects
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Mandatory experience in Oman or any GCC country
  • Strong background in large-scale construction project management
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Experience working with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and government authorities
  • Good knowledge of GCC construction standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the overall execution of civil construction projects
  • Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
  • Monitor project schedules, progress, and cost control
  • Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance on-site
  • Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and progress updates
  • Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution

Fluent Arabic Speakers with GCC experience

Must currently hold or have recently held a Project Manager designation

Experience handling large civil infrastructure or construction projects

Pay: RO900.000 - RO1,300.000 per month
