Job Title: Civil Engineer - Project Manager
Location: Musandam, Oman

Job Summary
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction projects
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Mandatory experience in Oman or any GCC country
- Strong background in large-scale construction project management
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Experience working with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and government authorities
- Good knowledge of GCC construction standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the overall execution of civil construction projects
- Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and cost control
- Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance on-site
- Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and progress updates
- Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution
Fluent Arabic Speakers with GCC experience
Must currently hold or have recently held a Project Manager designation
Experience handling large civil infrastructure or construction projects
Pay: RO900.000 - RO1,300.000 per month
