Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Policy & Procedures Specialist to develop, standardize, and maintain organizational policies and procedures that support operational efficiency, compliance, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development & Documentation:

  • Develop, review, and update company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure all documentation is clear, structured, and aligned with organizational standards.

Process Mapping & Optimization:

  • Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and document workflows, process maps, and operational guidelines.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.
  • Support compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with departments (HR, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.) to gather requirements and validate processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to document and refine procedures.

Training & Communication:

  • Support rollout of new or updated policies through training sessions, communication plans, and user guides.
  • Ensure employees understand and follow established procedures.

Documentation Control & Maintenance:

  • Maintain centralized documentation repositories and version control.
  • Ensure proper approval workflows and document lifecycle management.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor effectiveness of policies and procedures and recommend enhancements.
  • Support process standardization and automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications - Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in policy development, process documentation, or operational excellence roles.
  • Strong experience in writing policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Experience in process mapping and workflow design.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC regulatory and business environments.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Experience using documentation or process tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence).
  • Background in compliance, governance, or quality assurance is a plus.
