N8n Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Automation: Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n to handle daily logistics and operational tasks.
  • AI Integration: Implement AI tools (such as OpenAI/ChatGPT APIs) into daily operations to read unstructured client messages and extract structured order details.
  • Systems Integration: Connect core software systems utilizing REST APIs and Webhooks (e.g., connecting a WhatsApp business account to a CRM or Google Sheets).
  • Customer Support Chatbots: Assist in setting up and maintaining basic conversational AI chatbots to handle basic, 24/7 customer inquiries and provide delivery status updates.
  • Maintenance & Testing: Monitor workflows for errors, troubleshoot broken connections, and ensure reliable daily performance of all automated systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience building functional workflows in n8n (applicants must be able to provide examples or a portfolio of past automated flows).
  • Familiarity with AI models and APIs (specifically OpenAI) and an understanding of how to use prompt engineering to generate structured data outputs (like JSON).
  • Strong understanding of API documentation, Webhooks, and data mapping.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to independently research and resolve technical integration issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure zero-downtime in logistics dispatching.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills):

  • Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript or Python.
  • Familiarity with conversational AI chatbot builders (such as Voiceflow, Botpress, or Flowise).
  • Experience working with databases like Airtable, Firebase, or Supabase.
  • Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, or supply chain software is a plus.
