Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality standards.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in CRM/software systems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
  • Meet daily productivity and performance targets.
  • Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service orientation.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate.
  • Should have experience in international voice process
  • Prior experience in international BPO/voice process is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer support or telesales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call handling software.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
