Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and update records in CRM/software systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
- Meet daily productivity and performance targets.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance standards.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate.
- Should have experience in international voice process
- Prior experience in international BPO/voice process is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer support or telesales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call handling software.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
