Job Summary -
Key Responsibilities -
- Assist with setup and teardown of milling equipment and traffic control signage
- Remove debris from milled surfaces using brooms, blowers, or shovels
- Support equipment operators with ground guidance and material handling
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and safety gear
- Flag traffic or assist with lane closures and safety per DOT or site requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site
- Follow direction from the Milling Foreman and communicate clearly with team members
- Wear proper PPE and adhere to all company and OSHA safety standards
- Perform general labor duties to support overall milling operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements -

- Previous experience on a road crew or milling operation is a plus, but not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and around heavy equipment
- Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are essential
- CDL license is a plus
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
- Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area
