Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Identify and acquire new clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Educate prospective clients about our products and services.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the Forex, Financial Services, Banking, or Investment industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build client relationships.
  • Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
