We are a fast-growing international forex brokerage firm committed to providing innovative trading solutions and exceptional client service. We are looking for motivated and results-driven Relationship Managers to join our expanding team in Oman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify and acquire new clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Educate prospective clients about our products and services.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Experience in the Forex, Financial Services, Banking, or Investment industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proven ability to generate leads and build client relationships.
- Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
