Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation at site
- Monitor attendance, leave, and day-to-day HR matters; escalate to HQ when required
- Provide on-ground HR support and handle employee enquiries
- Oversee office administration (supplies, facilities, vendors, maintenance)
- Manage site assets, logistics, and general office operations
- Support staff activities, trainings, and company initiatives at site
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of HR/Admin experience (site-based exposure preferred)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Hands-on, organised, and able to work independently
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
