Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation at site
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and day-to-day HR matters; escalate to HQ when required
  • Provide on-ground HR support and handle employee enquiries
  • Oversee office administration (supplies, facilities, vendors, maintenance)
  • Manage site assets, logistics, and general office operations
  • Support staff activities, trainings, and company initiatives at site

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of HR/Admin experience (site-based exposure preferred)
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Hands-on, organised, and able to work independently

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
