Must have an average of 5 years practical experience in creating purchase order item descriptions using NATO codification standard. In this regard, managing of cataloguining personnel or projects that are using the NATO codification standard will not be accepted as practical NATO codification experience
Must have an average of 5 years experience in codification in iether the government or private sector supply chain environment within the previous 10 years. Centralized codification refers to codification that is done at a central point and consumed/referenced by different divisions or institutions within the same organisation
Must have a workable knowledge of the e-OTD cataloguining standard
Must have a workable knowledge of the UNSPSC classification standard. Resources should be available throughout duration of the contract
