Room design basics and principles
Computer literacy and a good working knowledge of Autocad/Sketch up is a must

Tools methods & processes to plan and order
Understand how to work with sales figures and sales goals
Knowledge and understanding of key competitors in the local market
Knowledge of the IKEA product range and multi-channel service products
Interest in life at home
Ability to handle customer enquiries and problem solve
