Responsibilities:
- Review inbound deal flow
- Generate deal flow
- Support the execution of transactions including both internal and third-party due diligence, structuring and negotiations, and transaction documentation
- Track sourcing activities and pipeline of new investment opportunities
- Assess investment opportunities, conduct initial due diligence, provide analysis, and prepare investment memos or present to investment committee
Generate ideas, lead analysis
Other potential areas we are option to:Marketing and inbound investor leads management:
Oversee marketing; assist in newsletters and more
Trading:Evaluate portfolio positions.
- Write portfolio updates and research reports, travel to conferences, and speak with industry insiders.
- Contribute to and occasionally write other issues for Empire's paid products.
- Interpret data to understand industry dynamics and trends.
Review research in various formats to make recommendations on investments
Qualifications:Deep knowledge of cryptocurrencies, crypto assets, and blockchain.
- Deep knowledge of angel and venture investments, private equity, and public equity investments
- Technology trends
- Background in trading
- Can handle multiple, complex issues and prioritize in demanding situations
- Must be proactive in getting projects started and following them to completion
- Ability to multitask, handling multiple projects at one time
