The Faurecia Global Business Services (GBS) is the global organization in charge of end-to-end Business processes: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) processes.

To improve and simplify its processes, the GBS organization focuses on digitalization via RPA (Robotic Process Automation: UiPath & Redwood), data and process mining solutions (Celonis & Palantir).

Overall responsibilities:
The Global Business Services Digital Transformation Manager is responsible to support the implementation of GBS transverse & harmonized solutions by coordinating process transformation (SAP enhancements, process redefinition & RPA).

The GBS Digital Transformation Project Manager works in close collaboration with GBS Digital Transformation Director and its main responsibilities are to:

  • Coordinate RPA projects:
    As RPA projects coordinator, the project manager will work in close collaboration with the RPA developers & Business analysts and the regional GBS teams to:

  • Identify & specify together with the GBS Regional Centers new projects and determine the best technical options

  • Follow-up the developments, insure the respect of planning
  • Organize the testing phasis through the regions
  • Prepare & follow-up the deployment phases.
  • Data-analytics & contribution to Palantir project:
    In the context of Palantir platform implementation, GBS is a high contributor of the platform for its expertise process domains: O2C, P2P & R2R and Treasury.

The role of GBS Digital Transformation project manager is to:

  • Contribute to coordination, set up & validation of the ontology (Dictionary of Key Business Objects)
  • Validate the accuracy & data quality of Palantir objects & data exposed for GBS related domains
  • Identify & support the use cases development for GBS to implement Palantir & support re-design of the process in collaboration with Process Owners & regional GBS centers.
  • Support GBS Digital Transformation Director to
  • Prepare the Digital Transformation steering committees with the regions and the management
  • Coordinate the communication & training of the solutions developed

**Qualifications

  • Business Engineering School with a Finance degree or Master Degree in Finance
  • Strong interest for Information System: SAP and/or Finance systems & RPA solutions
  • Customer focus & Business understanding
  • Minimum 3/5-year experience in Finance background
  • Team coordination experience
  • Communication skills and autonomy
  • Arbitration abilities
  • Good knowledge of Faurecia business model
  • Ability to challenge status quo and implement effective changes
  • Fluent in 2 languages including english
