Bilingual and Tech Support Consultants in this role get to:
Talk to customers about their business, recommend solutions that would help improve their business and address their needs

Responsible for handling calls. Main skill set required sales also, providing high customer service and tech support solutions

Identify and relate with various customer needs and scenarios to sale web hosting products

Provide customers with cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner

Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, B2 English proficiency
  • Basic computer skills: basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
  • Web hosting knowledge preferrable
  • Call center experience preferrable
  • 6 months of sales experience
  • Schedule availability
