In this role, you’ll get to provide exceptional customer service to restaurants by responding inquiries related to card reader issues, online ordering set up and much more. You will also navigate processes to properly escalate and coordinate customer responses according to company values.

You not only will give away your experience and expertise with empathy, but you’ll also expand your knowledge of hardware and POS software on a weekly basis through trainings, articles, and everyday tasks.

You’ll thrive on this _roll _if you have:

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills (B2 English proficiency).
  • 1 year of experience in customer service (B2B strongly preferrable)
  • Technical savvy (understands or have used macOS vs. Android, Windows, etc.)
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills: basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
  • Call center experience preferrable
  • Negotiation skills, able to engage and reach agreements with the clients.
  • Schedule availability
  • Restaurant familiarity preferrable
