Bilingual Consultant agents in this role get to:
*Be the Point of Contact; *they are responsible for delivering consistently excellent customer service over the phone and in writing, navigating systems, procedures, and other resources to provide accurate and timely resolution to customer inquiries, and documenting problem resolution and customer contact. This position is also responsible for researching and diagnosing customer disputes and identifying the most efficient means to resolve them to the satisfaction of the company, the sponsor, and the subscriber

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, B1H/B2 English proficiency
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills: basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
  • +1 year in customer service, strongly preferrable in call center
  • Schedule availability
