Purpose:Uphold the primary mandate of this water utility to mitigate legal and risk in all this utility’s contracts ensuring continued and improved service delivery to the South African citizens and not be taken for a ride by service providers who don’t deliver on the signed contracts.
Salary:R 180 to R 208 000 per month negotiable
Package:R 2.5 million tctc negotiable

Minimum requirements:1. You must be an admitted Advocate enabling the utility to insource the management of high court cases
- Certification from the Compliance Institute of South Africa and Risk Management Institute
- A NQFLevel 9 postgraduate qualification
- An experienced C - Suite executive with 10 years of executive management experience gained in corporate having managed the risk function and the legal function. during her career development.
