Your Responsibilities:
- Providing WhatsApp Support to clients in a timely manner
- Assisting clients on their delivery orders
- Monitoring the delivery orders for our clients
- Resolve delivery issues faced by customer
Shifts Timing 10 AM to 6 PM
5 PM to 10 PM:Must be able to work on weekends (at least a Saturday or Sunday)
Requirements*:Great customer service, Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Problem solving ability and adaptable to changing needs from clients
- Self -starter and responsible
- Experience using different online channels to communicate with Clients
