Administrator/receptionist

PSM Workshop is in need of a receptionist-administrator to assist our team.

This role is interesting and varied and would suit someone in the motor/vehicle industry looking for a change, or someone who has excellent receptionist skills who is looking to further expand their skill base.

ROLE:

  • Meeting and greeting customers over the phone and counter.
  • Quote processing & liaising with customers
  • Booking and allocating jobs
  • Client follow-up's
  • Odering Parts
  • Invocing

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:

  • Above all the successful applicant must be honest and able to work as a team player and follow instructions.
  • A focus on exceeding customers' expectations as a #1 priority.
  • Computer literate
  • Have a positive attitude, high motivation to do the job right, and a good work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and ensure our clients have a positive experience when dealing with us.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An interest in vehicles or an automotive background is preferred
  • NZ Drivers license
  • All applicants must be located in New Zealand and be available for a face-to-face interview and hold NZ residency or valid NZ work visa.
