PSM Workshop in Mount Wellington has a position available for workshop service manager to join our team.We are committed to delivering exceptional service, quality and value in all customer experience. We are looking for a highly motivated person to join us as an workshop service manager.
The role:
This is a leadership role managing a service department comprising of technicians and support staff.
Duties and accountabilities:
- Supervises the day-to-day running of workshop and staff and motivate the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Monitors workshop's appearance to ensure facility is maintained
- Monitors the incoming work to ensure the workshop is pre-booked
- Achieves targets through updating and reviewing weekly/monthly DOC reports
- Formulates and implements action plans to increase service sales
PSM Workshop is seeking an experienced Service Manager ready to step up.
Requirements:
- Knowelde in automotive industry
- Have good general and physical health
- Full Clean NZ Drivers license
- Legally entitled to work in NZ
- WOF Certificate
