The opportunity
EY is currently seeking for a Junior Internal Audit to join our Financial Services team. The job description is the following one:
- Develop of consulting Internal Audit projects in financial institutions;
- Define, design and implement internal audits and controls;
- Follow the implementation of strategic workflows, frameworks and improvements in critical areas;
- Develop multiple projects with a high level of high efficiency and quality;
- Support different clients and projects.
Your key responsibilities - Define, design and implement internal audits and controls in clients of Financial Services sector;
- Follow the implementation of strategic workflows, frameworks and improvements in critical areas;
- Provide an important support to business and operational decisions;
- Design, delivery and manage consulting projects of transformation;
- Lead strategic projects related with business and technology transformations and optimizations;
- Develop analysis, engage client teams and stakeholders and deliver high-quality work products;
- Contribute to the Change Management;
- Help and coaching the team’s new joiners;
- Establish professional and trust relationships with customers and staff;
- Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients;
- Contribute to the team’s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best result;
- Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge.

To qualify for the role, you must have - Academic Education in financial fields of study;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, mainly in financial sector;
- Background in insurance sector is valuable;
- Experience in consulting environment;
- Experience working on international projects and on multicultural teams;
- Full English Proficiency.
Ideally, you’ll also have - Knowledges in Compliance and/or Risk matters;
- Availability to work abroad.
