R 12 000 basic + incentives + company contributions to medical aid and provident fund
Description
Your main function is to act as the liaison between the customers and the service staff. You will work closely with technicians to determine pricing for repairs and explain this to the clients. You will be in constant communication with your client throughout the day.
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric / Senior Certificate qualification
- Undendorsed Drivers' License
- Minimum of 1 year as Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant or if you have been a bookings clerk for a while and stood in for the Service Advisors for a few weeks at a time, this will also work for you.
- Computer literate including MS Office and Kerridge / Drive / CDK / Automate or similar
