Customer Service Advisor

New franchised workshop in Bellville is looking for a Customer Service Advisor.

MUST have a valid driver's license.

Applicant who has previously worked for an aftermarket service center such as BOSCH, e-Car, Car Service City, CARtime, Car Care Clinic etc. will be given preference.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead and manage the performance of their team.
  • Presentable appearance and sober habits and well spoken.
  • Must be bilingual, English and Afrikaans.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Be able to work in a team environment.
  • Should be able to carry out work in accordance with professional standards and have through knowledge in the field.
  • No criminal record
  • Honest and reliable.

  • 5-7 years Advisor experience in the Automotive industry.
    Duties:

  • Invoicing

  • Job Costing/ Quoting
  • Parts Ordering
  • Parts sourcing
  • Actively manage mechanics, fitters.
  • Required to run a team of mechanics, quote customers and order spares.
  • Ensure that mechanics find and report every fault found on every car.
  • Ensure that parts arrive on time.
  • Ensure that the mechanics comply with their Mechanics Check List.
  • Ensure that all staff complete their daily Productivity Report.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out safely.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R12,000.00 per month
