What you will learn and contribute to

In this role, you will lead and facilitate the organizational unit, with the full responsibility of all personnel management aspects. Will ensure operational efficiency and right focus by connecting business issues and organizations operating procedures, and drive customer satisfaction proactively in your own area.

Overall management the SW Upgrades and Advance Service team in order to ensure delivery expectations for the Customer Support Core Products.

As SUS/AdvSrv Resource Manager you will:

  • Resource demand planning / allocation / fulfillment and gap analysis for the supported products.
  • Ensure resource availability (Capacity and Competent) for the supported products.
  • Responsible to own and maintain cost center financial planning and SPC planning of the SUS team.
  • Support, manage and drive improvement actions related to account/project specific escalations from competent resource availability.
  • Support and deploy tools and transformation initiatives within the team.
  • Support and execute GC strategic programs and initiatives within the team.
  • Accountable for utilization and career development of the resources within the CS CNS Core Products.
  • Develop competence of direct reports according to business and operational needs;
  • Motivate and engage the team, targeting for optimal performance;
  • Manage all people-related aspects, such as Objective Settings, Performance evaluation, Personal Development Plan, 1 in 90 discussions, and Annual Compensation Plan;
  • Recruit and onboard new hires.
  • Explore the potential for all types of automation and analytics

Your skills and experience

For this role you will need to have:

  • A degree in Telecommunications Engineering or proven experience in the field,
  • Leadership skills,
  • Good Communication Skills,
  • Result-oriented and Business-driven mindset,
  • A team player mindset
  • Having 5-8 years relevant experience.

It would be nice if you also have:
