The team you'll be part of

Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.

You will be part of the Global Talent Attraction Team which is in charge of identifying, attracting and onboarding talented individuals into our business, in order to efficiently and effectively meet our ever-growing and dynamic business needs.

What you will learn and contribute to

  • Manage e2e non-competitive recruitment requests (RRs), such as direct student conversions, promotions etc.
  • Interact and engage mostly with existing employees& line managers to ensure a reliable& positive experience in filling the non-competitive recruitment requests
  • Run quality checks, such as taking actions to ensure that all job postings are attractively advertised on our career site & complying with country legal standards etc.
  • Handle reporting activities for Talent Attraction topics
  • Act as an Employee Referral Program Champion
  • Follow up on onboarding tasks and RR closure to support Talent Attraction Partners

Your skills and experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's Degree in Human Resources or other relevant fields
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Learning agility
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Strong collaboration
  • Attention to details
  • Organizational skills
