Our Great Opportunity

We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations Support for the coordination, support, and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities.

You will:

  • Be the first point of contact for specific software and hardware solutions delivered to customers.
  • Be in charge of alarm monitoring in IT/Telecom networks.
    What we are looking for:

  • Graduates with a powerful desire to learn about telecommunication networks.

  • Proficiency in English and knowledge of French (all levels)
  • Availability to work in shifts (day and night).
  • Perseverance, initiative, self-confidence, and practical spirit.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!
