About This Job:
As Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing employees to ensure they achieve operational and sales results while meeting sales, quality, and attendance objectives. You should be a resident in Portugal.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving sales
  • Motivate sales staff by effective coaching, leading, and offering support
  • Accountable for the implementation and administration of arrivia policies and procedures
  • Effectively coach and provide feedback to sales team members
  • Monitor staff calls and provide coaching and education daily. Ensure accuracy in such transactions, and adherence to quality customer service standards
  • Conduct sales calls to members regularly to show staff how to present membership and effectively close sales
  • Assist staff members in closing sales
  • Resolve escalated customer issues
  • Disseminate information on project targets and performance to management and employees
  • Lead and develop team members by setting expectations, regularly reviewing work performance, and providing development opportunities

Qualifications/Requirements of the Position:

  • Experience in a call center sales environment
  • Leadership/sales management experience
  • Demonstrated experience achieving sales objectives
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Degree in business or related discipline preferred
  • Knowledge of arrivia products and services
