We are looking for a dedicated RTR Manager Portugal, who will report to the CFO of Iberia
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for the RTR processes (Record to Report) and IC (Intercompany) in Portugal.
Managing the finance monthly reporting’s on an efficient way, according the accountability internal and external procedures, to provide a clear view about the financial situation of the company in each moment
Managing the reception and dispatch all the Intercompany processes, on a efficient way, according the internal and external procedures, to optimize the quantity of effective net capital available, as well as minimize the business performance on provisions
Guarantee the consecution of all KPI´s of the area of responsibility
Job Description:
- Managing the department of accountability, customers and providers
- Accounting responsible for the organization, managing a team of 4 people
- Elaboration of Financial Statements, annual individual Memory and Consolidation, as well as register obligations and management of Fiscal and Society Documentation
- Participate in Corporate, internal and external audits
- Contact with internal and external advisors, and Public Administration
- Collaborate on the presentation and management of several declarations (IS, IVA, ITPAJD, IAE, )
- Collaborate on the preparation and presentation of all legal and fiscal obligations
- Participates on the providers and customers management, working closely with them in order to identify improvement areas
- Defines and implements the local policies, in order to accomplish with the global procedures
Develops the direct reports, leads them, prepares annual targets and monitors their compliance. - Contacts the regional and global managers and services providers of externalized functions
Profile
Direct Experience of 5 years on Finance area
Certified Accounting Title in Portugal - TOC - Técnico Oficial de Contas registered on the Câmara de Técnicos Oficiais de Contas
Very good knowledge of accounting, statutory, regulatory and legal standards.
Portuguese - Native, bilingual
English - Proficient (C1/C2)
Spanish - Independent user (B1/B2)
Experience working on accounting and reporting systems as ORACLE
Excellent analytical, communication and team management competencies
High analytical and conceptual skills
Effective competencies on evaluation and problems solutions
Knowledge of Project management
