Our client is a one of Asia’s leading full-spectrum IT services and industry solutions providers with global delivery capabilities. Singapore is home to the company’s Regional SEA HQ, and with rapid expansion ongoing, the company is now hiring for an agile HR Business Partner to support the growth trajectory. This is a newly created role, with the potential to build a full-fledged team.
Role
As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. For a start, as the company is experience high-growth mode, you will take charge of supporting the business unit’s recruitment needs. You will also take charge of various strategic HR initiatives, including but not limited to: employee engagement, organization development and talent development. You will also have the opportunity to drive HR projects where assigned.
Requirements:
You are a HR professional with at least 6 years of HRBP/Talent Acquisition experience. Prior experience with Technology hiring and strong knowledge of various sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms are must-haves. You possess the ability to be a self-starter and enjoy growing the business. You are comfortable to work within a fast-paced organization, and enjoy having the creativity and autonomy to set up new processes and build new structures.
