The role is supporting primarily the Vice President Global Service Excellence and partially the entire Service Leadership team in all organizational and administrative tasks and is an important interface between the departments. It covers standard office management activities, such as time recording, preparing meetings, ordering office supplies, correspondence, maintenance of internal systems, planning business travels, handling of internal billing system, meeting room coordination, preparation of presentations, etc. The role reports to the Head of Service.

    Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide office management and administrative support for the Service leadership team, which requires the handling of business-sensitive and confidential information

  • Responsibility for all office work and administrative matters (building facility management, including meeting room coordination, coordination of cleaning services, office materials etc.)
  • Coordination of travel management: cooperation with travel agencies, flight and hotel bookings, rental car and taxi organization, obtaining of visas
  • Build a strong network within the Jenbach assistant community
  • Fully understand and execute admin and support processes within the Jenbacher business
  • Establish and maintain the department intranet website
  • Organize, set-up and document business meetings at internal and external locations
  • Ensure a lean office set-up with state-of-the-art technology

    Your Profile:

  • Commercial education - bachelor´s degree or comparable

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.763,02 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
