The PPAP Tracking Team technician should have the focus to ensure that all PPAP requests, the relevant documents, and samples in cooperation with his team leader are available on Time.
Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Responsibilities
- Communication between the parties (Engineering, AQE, Project Management, Plants and PPAP Expert (Team))
- Work close together with the PPAP Team and the Tracking Team Leader
- Knowledge of the VDA, AIAG and customer requirements
- Knowledge of the PCN, RMS, PDM Link and E-PPAP System.
- Request measurement acc Customer restricted drawing.
- Request the necessary samples for the customer (acc Samples/responsible matrix) and Shipment of parts in coordination with the responsible PPAP experts
- Together with the team creating and/or make completion of the PPAP requested elements
Qualifications
- MBA / Engineer with university degree / certified Engineer or comparable
- Experience in Automotive Quality
- Basic tools of quality (APQP, MSA, Capability Studies, VDA, AIAG,FMEA)
- Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Independent working behavior
- Team worker
- English b2 level
- Possibility of remote work 3 days per week
