Review, assess, and report compliance on process / procedure requirements.

  • Assess quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend insights, develops improvement plans, and collaborates with operations team to improve quality performance
  • Conducts calibration with TSC stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality measure
  • Works with TSC CET Leads on possible change management process, tools enhancements, and work flow amendments.
  • May create new solutions, leveraging and, if needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Mathematics, Statistics or Economics
  • Must have 3 to 5 years experience in Quality related work (Business Excellence/Operational/Delivery Excellence)
  • Ability to learn quickly to work with new and different systems.
  • Knowledgeable with MS Office: particularly PowerPoint, Excel,
  • Working Knowledge on data analytics tool (ie PowerBi, QlikSense)
  • Work Location: Boni, Mandaluyong
  • Work Schedule: 1pm to 10pm
