Your Team

The Brand Manager will lead a marketing team in planning and executing Brand activities, marketing campaigns and activation (digital and offline)

You will work extensively with colleagues from the Food Technology, Operations, Business Development, Finance and Administration etc.

What Success Looks Like

  • Demonstrate positive relationship building skills in engagements with multi-functional teams
  • Deliver conversions resulting from various marketing campaigns to hit Business Targets
  • Successful Design and Deployment of refreshed Brand Assets and Toolkits for the Brand
    Responsibilities of the role
  • Lead consumer research to develop brand and advertising concept, benefit and claims that appeals to our Target Audience segments
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and 3rd suppliers to drive execution of campaigns and other marketing activities
  • Communicate and lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute marketing and PR projects
  • Owner of the Company’s FY Marketing Budget
  • Overall owner of the company’s digital platforms
  • Planning and execution of digital and content plans across various platforms (e.g. Social Media Content)
  • Planning and execution of digital Marketing and Engagement drips
  • Copywriting duties
  • Work with Operations team to find the best solution of supply chain and product packaging
    Qualifications
  • A university degree in Communications/Marketing/Business
  • Applicants with compensating experience in place of degree are welcomed to apply
  • 5+ years’ experience in a mid/senior marcoms role, with team leading experience
  • Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and executional skills
  • Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
  • Digitally-savvy, with experience in digital marketing highly preferred
  • An ability to drive brand growth
  • Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $4,500.00 - $5,700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
    Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

  • Performance bonus
