Role overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Credit Controller with B2B credit control experience, experience with consumer collections would be an added benefit.

Excellent communication skills and diplomacy are an essential part of this key role. Xero experience is an advantage.

There will be a requirement to provide support to the Finance Team with a range of administrative duties to ensure accurate and up to date record keeping.

  • Managing our direct debit program
  • Other general book keeping tasks
  • Account and risk analysis
  • Reporting
    Skills and competencies
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years’ B2B credit control experience
  • Should be comfortable with Excel, Outlook & Word
  • Should have a good typing speed and be able to easily learn new IT systems
  • Must have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable dealing with customer queries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
