Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Coordinator Marketing, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager who is based in Europe and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating social media output for one of the following teams: pharmaceutical & dietary supplements, medical devices & IVD, and training services.
- Coordinating divisional webinars and training events, including liaising with in-house speakers, trainers, and the Events Management team.
- Working with colleagues on managing NSFs presence at industry events and exhibitions.

- Previous administrative or marketing experience
- Customer focused taking pride in delivering great customer service
- Happy to help people both internally and externally - Flexible and adaptable
- Calm and confident approach when dealing with challenging situations and customers
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A methodical and logical approach with good problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to work on own initiative
