The KPA's for this position are as follows:
- Develope and manage a professional working relationship with all clients. Responding to customer complaints, guest relations
- Generate quotes according to clients requirements
- Driving bookings
- Co-ordinating the operation of the venue during scheduled shifts
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Accomplish HR objectives by managing employees and communicating to HR department
- Personal interaction with clientele
- All administration related to functions ets
- Oversee the execution of logistics and operations for assigned events
- Stock control
- Financial duties including budgets, cash ups, overtime expenses
