Growth Center is an effort by Kompas Gramedia's Corporate Human Resources to expand its expertise and impact to a wider audience, not limited to Kompas Gramedia itself. Growth Center specializes in people assessment, online learning courses, and other people-related solutions.
Learning Development Analyst will be working in Kognisi.id (Kompas Gramedia Learning & Insights) as a part of Growth Center's - Development tribe, focusing to enable Kompas Gramedia employees and the general public in expanding their knowledge with various learning materials.
Learning Development Analyst's responsibilities are:
Conducts needs assessments/instructional analysis to ensure conformity with training objectives.
Design, integrate, and deliver best practices of various learning theories into impactful learning methods (e.g. coaching, shadowing, online training).
Develop learning aids in various engaging formats (e.g. courses, games, videos, quizzes, handouts, etc.).
Partner with external stakeholders to provide learning needs for audience / targeted customers.
Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee learning / growth-path learning needs.
Manage and stay organized within existing training budgets.
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Passionate about people development.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Have current knowledge and ability to design effective learning and development methods.
Familiarity with a variety of e-learning platforms and practices.
Strong task completion orientation & attention to detail.
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build rapport with various stakeholders from different functions and organizational levels.
This is a professional hire (non-employee) opportunity. You will have full responsibility for this role with a hybrid work plan. You will be present when there are offline projects to be done and work from home whenever possible.
