- CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As a project manager you'll manage and coordinate cross-functional projects within Global Consumer Products. You will be collaborating with various internal and external parties, ensuring to set and successfully achieve the right project goals while complying with its budgets, timelines, and resources.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE
In this exciting role, you will support to set up the Project Management Office for the Global Consumer Products division. To this end, you will work together in a team and in coordination with management to carry out the conception and implementation of a project management culture and governance involving all relevant stakeholders. This includes, for example, the design of the project processes, the development of a project portfolio management, but also the selection, further development and support of templates and tools for planning, controlling, and implementation of projects.
- SYSTEM KEY USER
As a key user for the retail cash system and gift card system, you will coordinate technical implementations, further developments and business tests and thus be an important contact for internal departments such as IT, retail and finance.
EXPERIENCE*
Your areas of knowledge and expertise*:

- At least 3 years relevant professional experience in project management
- Relevant certification in project management (IPMA, PMP) is an advantage
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders
- Flexible, able to prioritize and make changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Very good organizational and analytical skills with an understanding and proximity for the business
- You think in an entrepreneurial and networked manner, have a goal
- and result-oriented working-style and tackle your tasks with enthusiasm
- Affinity for or basic understanding of IT systems (such as SAP ERP, integrated cashier systems, databases)
- Very good MS Office skills, knowledge of Project Management tools is a plus
- University degree with a focus on business administration, project management or similar
- Fluent in English and German
- Travel 10%
