  • TALENT ACQUISITION ENABLEMENT
  • TOOLS & SYSTEMS

You’ll drive practical rollouts and implementation of talent acquisition projects, knowledge, processes, systems, and tools, impacting the selection process. You’ll coordinate the identification, evaluation, and selection of Talent Acquisition vendors together with HRIS, HR IT, and other stakeholders. Moreover, you’ll be responsible for the collaboration with our actual vendors in the area of Select, including our new Applicant Tracking System.

  • CANDIDATE & MANAGER EXPERIENCE
  • BUSINESS SUPPORT

Finally, you’ll collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager on system usage and metrics feeding into the Global Talent Acquisition dashboard. You’ll ensure our systems & tools adhere to the legal requirements. In addition, you’ll provide operational & administrative support on Talent Acquisition related topics.

  • Min. 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, ideally with a focus on project management, recruitment process improvements, or talent acquisition systems and tools
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition tools, experience with SmartRecruiters is an advantage.
  • Very good understanding of principles and best practice for recruiting, interviewing, and talent selection.
  • Ability to identify, select, and manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Exceptional project management skills, prioritization, process improvement and attention to detail.
  • High interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Autonomous way of working with a ‘can do’ mentality.
  • Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or Organizational Development
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Travel 25%
