- LONG STORY SHORT

Your goal will be to engage and grow our audiences in Surf and Skate. You’ll lead the strategy and activation implementing comprehensive cross-network programming approaches that inspire audiences on owned and managed platforms across the Surf and Skate Network.
- KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE

You’ll understand and describe key audiences and their behaviour, know how they consume what content and identify content offering gaps and opportunities to maximize the growth and engagement of our key target audiences for Surf and Skate.
- STRATEGY AND CONTENT

In this role, you’ll define content programming objectives for Red Bull’s boardsport audiences, produce strategic programming plans across the entire Red Bull Media Network and establish strong alignment and collaboration between channels and content creations to ensure release strategy success. Moreover, you’ll identify and help to develop new story angles for existing projects and recurring content opportunities (athlete projects, international series and events) and help to create ownable content formats and IP´s across Surf and Skate that deliver reach and engagement that make people talk about us.
- COUNTRY SUPPORT

As Channel Programming Manager you’ll identify the greatest content opportunities and make it appeal to a wider, global audience. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for the local markets for all Surf and Skate-related programming matters. By coaching and continuous exchange of best practices, you’ll up-level the country programming skills. You’ll work very close with the key-countries in order to shape one holistic global S Surf and Skate strategy, providing support and guidance to maximize the impact of local and global projects.

  • Enthusiastic about board sports like surfing and skating - no need to be an expert
  • Strong editorial understanding, knowledge of audience profiling and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations
  • Team-player and self-starter mentality with excellent communication and project management skills
  • A related post-secondary degree is considered an asset
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages not required, but considered an asset
  • Travel 10%
