The Delivery Office Team within Group Strategic Sourcing Services - Purchasing Solutions & Digital is in charge of monitoring the project portfolio and demand management of the department. The Delivery Office team is also responsible for the transversal guidelines and support for all PS&D teams, on the level of organization, governance and project portfolio.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Participate in the implementation of the new projects in the organization (definition and follow up of the plan, actions, resources, and others)
  • Support Governance meetings preparation
  • Follow up of projects evolution, allowing a better view over the projects status to the organization
  • Administration and support to the Project Portfolio Management tool of the Bank (Clarity)
  • Support general governance topics
  • Comply with Group Policies and norms concerning data quality and integrity
  • Contribute to transversal support activities of PS&D (for example, ad-hoc Management requests, audits, holidays calendar, etc)
  • Ensure that project management standards are followed
  • Follow-up of the methodology and strive for standardizing and efficiency
  • Ensure the correct use of the Project Portfolio Management tool for Project Management and time tracking by all PS&D team members
  • PMO support to projects mainly related to Invoice Processing, Expenses Claims and Accounting Processes
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Documentation management follow up
  • Ensure project deliverables are stored in a timely manner and kept up-to-date
  • MS Sharepoint maintenance & access management
  • Operational Permanent Controls follow-up and support
  • PS&D documentation OPC controls support
  • Help the teams to achieve good results on the executed operational permanent controls
  • Audits readiness and support

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business administration, IT, Information Management, or other related areas
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Consultancy or Advisory Services
  • Knowledge of Project Management process groups (Initiation, Planning, Executing and Closing projects; Monitoring and controlling projects.) is mandatory
  • Strong team spirit
  • Experience with reporting and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (namely Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio);
  • Knowledge in MS Sharepoint is a plus;
  • Knowledge in Project Portfolio Management tools is a plus (for example, Clarity);
  • Quick self-starter, dynamic and proactive attitude;
  • Organizational skills, rigor and good attention to detail;
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locations;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to integrate a large and diverse multicultural environment and promote a strong team spirit.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate) is mandatory and domain of French is a strong plus
