FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST (JOB NUMBER: 2201GFSO9516)

Your Main Activities Are

  • Work in cooperation with the FIP project manager in all phases of projects, especially concerning the integration of technical aspects of Finance systems linked to the step of accounting interpretation of financial events. This collaboration is usual on a daily basis.
  • Respect the methodology of project management shared by FIP and FIP Engineering units
  • Contribute to costing study of projects
  • Respect the projects milestones and the related budget
  • Contribute to the definition of a workaround solution with the project team face to any issue impacting the critical path of the project and its budget
  • Produce regular project status to share with FIP project manager and FIP Engineering team leader and manager
  • Participate to project committees by sharing actions/decisions status under FIP Engineering responsibility, taking or coordinating actions linked to FIP Engineering perimeter

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Accounting / Finance
  • 2-3 years of overall professional experience in relevant area
  • Having experience in project management
  • Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial Information Systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of Axway software “Accounting Integration Suite” (AIS/RDJ) is a plus
  • Strong ability to deliver/Results driven
  • Attention to detail/rigor
  • Adaptability
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills (oral & written)
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level)
  • Knowledge of French is a plus
