Data Migration Analyst

Right now, we are looking for a Data Migration Analyst *to join our *#KickAssTeam!

What do we expect you to do?

• Work with internal customers in gathering business requirements for data migration needs;
• Work across multiple functional projects to understand data usage and implications for data migration;
• Design, plan and manage the data migration process;
• Prepare data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality, and business sign-off details;
• Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the data migration plan;
• Develop best practices, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities;
• Perform source system data analysis in order to manage source to target data mapping;
• Perform migration and testing of static data and transaction data from one core system to another;
• Perform data migration audit, reconciliation, and exception reporting;
• Manage cross-program data assurance for physical data items in source and target systems.

• 3+ years of experience in the field of development and migration;
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering (similar), or equivalent experience;
• Related data migration experience;
• Support of onboardings onto new systems;
• Organizational change management;
• Demonstrated excellence with both oral & written communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail in order to evaluate data for accuracy and errors;
• A methodical and logical approach to planning and organization;
• A strong understanding of data protection and data governance;
• Experience in SQL and NoSQL engines (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Oracle, SQL Server);
• Ability to code and build scripts (Bash, Python);
• Experience in Linux (Debian/CentOS/Amazon Linux);
• Experience in Containers (K8S - EKS) and Docker;
• DevOps Culture;
• Experience in client projects;
• Written and spoken English (B2 minimum).
