What you will be doing:
As an Inside Sales Representative you will support our customers in becoming successful. You are the first point of contact for the customer and will identify commercial opportunities, know how to use them, take responsibility, manage customer expectations, offer quotes and monitor conversions. You will also process orders in line with sales targets and profitability goals.

  • Canvass opportunities with new customers
  • Support in building a sales pipeline
  • Ensure a smooth sales process and an optimal customer experience
  • Manage customer inquiries, process product orders, check inventory availability and shipment status using our SAP system, digitally or via our webshop
  • Verify and implement customer pricing, prepare and process customer orders returns, credit and/or replacement
  • Manage delivery expectations within the fixed terms specified in SLA’s, liaising with all internal stakeholders
  • Proactively investigate order irregularities, find solutions and discuss alternatives with the customer
  • Customer specific reporting as defined in customer SLA’s
  • Manage customer complaints in line with performance and quality targets by working with appropriate stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement of the order to cash process
  • Work with Inside Sales colleagues to Support the Outside Sales team

What you’ll need:

  • You are a team player who has a customer centric approach, a degree level education or a minimum of 3 years working experience in a technical B2B (Key) account management environment
  • You enjoy working with people and are a great ambassador of Fabory
  • You are a problem solver, analytical, you take initiative and drive for results
  • Experience in using SAP (or other equivalent of ERP’s) are considered a plus
  • You have a commercial spirit, good communication and are motivated and eager to learn supporting the improvement of the customer journey
