World Talent Selection is recruiting Technical Support Talent who speak English for our prestigious client in Porto.

Responsabiites:

• We're looking for a partner to provide all consulting services including pre-sale, in-sale and after-sales service for users in EU, UK, NA, including but not limited to general consultation, technical support, user callback service, refund, return and replacement request, etc.
  Profil:

• High school or equivalent;

• Experience in Technical Support (mandatory);
• Be interested in digital products and know how to do the basic troubleshooting
• English fluent (C1) (mandatory);

• Be adapted to the night shift work
